Xenia Community Schools Foundation Announces 1st Annual Buccaneer Harvest Hunt

The Foundation is once again collaborating with Xenia Community Schools, to raise additional funds for the Classroom Grants Program. The event, a community-wide scavenger hunt on October 30, 2021, will be a live event. Teams of 2- 6 participants will search for objects and/or complete tasks at a variety of locations around Xenia during a 3-hour period. Upon completion of their hunt tasks, the groups will report to a panel of judges who will determine the top three winners based on a variety of criteria, including time and successful completion of the “Hunt” tasks. Refreshments for all participants will be provided at the end of the event.

The team registration fee is $25.00 and team members can order shirts for $10.00 each. Event shirts, with all sponsors displayed on the back of the shirt, will be delivered in mid-October. Individuals who want to support the fundraiser without participating in the scavenger hunt can order a shirt for $10.00.
