Vectren Customers to See Natural Gas Rates Fall Following Auction

Natural gas rates will drop for Vectren Energy Delivery of Ohio customers who purchase their natural gas supply from the utility. Based on the results of an auction held yesterday, customers will see their rates decrease by about $23 per year based on an average annual usage of 770 Ccf of natural gas.

It's time to clean out closets and bookcases and look under beds to find overdue library books!  The Greene County Public Library is offering patrons the opportunity to have their fines forgiven when they bring materials back to the library with a non-expired, non-perishable food item from February 19-25.

Zoning Regulations for Signage, Outdoor Seating and Bike Racks Recently Updated/Clarified

The Xenia Planning and Zoning Commission (XPZC) and City Council recently adopted changes to the City’s Zoning Code that will clarify and ease some regulations that affect businesses. The purpose of the changes is to improve comprehension and enforcement and eliminate unnecessary restrictions without compromising the visual quality of the built environment.
