PRECIOUS HEART written by Teb Karber, Jr.  will run for one weekend only at Xenia Area Community Theater, 45 E. Second St. in Xenia.  Originally produced at Dayton Theater Guild, this "one woman show with an all male cast" is a truly funny and touching production.

Natural gas rates will drop for Vectren Energy Delivery of Ohio customers who purchase their natural gas supply from the utility. Based on the results of an auction held yesterday, customers will see their rates decrease by about $23 per year based on an average annual usage of 770 Ccf of natural gas.

The Xenia Planning and Zoning Commission (XPZC) and City Council recently adopted changes to the City’s Zoning Code that will clarify and ease some regulations that affect businesses. The purpose of the changes is to improve comprehension and enforcement and eliminate unnecessary restrictions without compromising the visual quality of the built environment.
