U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue To Visit Central State University on April 5, 2018

Details: U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue will visit Central State University to hold a student roundtable about careers in the Agriculture Industry. It is a part of Secretary Perdue s Back to Our Roots RV tour. The tour is designed to hear ideas and concerns from local farmers, agriculture students and researchers, business owners, community leaders.

While at Central State, Secretary Perdue will tour campus, talk with research faculty and students about on-going research projects and then hold a roundtable with students.

Central State University is an 1890 Land-Grant University focused on research, teaching and extension. Since 2016, CSU s Cooperative Extension Service has helped approximately 18,000 people in seven Ohio counties.
