Greene County Council on Aging Presents Healthy Living with Chronic Conditions Workshop

There are just a few days left to sign up for our Healthy Living With Chronic Conditions Workshop. This program is for any adult who has, or is a caregiver for someone with a chronic condition such as heart disease, lung disease, arthritis, and more. Learn strategies for dealing with the daily challenges caused by these conditions.

Those who complete the program receive a free book (recently updated) and a CD. For someone who is ready to take control of their health, these 6-week workshops are life-changing.
