Auditions for the 2019 Green Team will be held Saturday October 27th!
The Dayton Dragons are looking for fun, outgoing, enthusiastic, and responsible people for our 2019 Green Team!

Green Team
Responsibilities include:
Facilitating all in game entertainment skits
Entertaining fans during home games and special events at Fifth Third Field
Welcoming fans to the stadium
Preparing contestants for skits
Assisting hosts and mascots
Dancing on the dugouts
Creating a fun, family friendly atmosphere!
Host
Responsibilities include:
Emcee the entire entertainment show that takes place during every inning break
Introducing skits, contests, and contestants—and providing witty commentary.
Interact with fans and contestants throughout the game
Mascots
Characters Include:
Heater: Male Dragon
Height Requirements: 5’10”-6’-2”
Gem: Female Dragon
Height Requirements: 5’4”-5’8”
Responsibilities may include:
Working in hot, confining, heavy costumes with limited range of vision
Communicating non-verbally to fans
Signing autographs and posing for photographs
Performing skits and choreographed dances throughout the game
Requirements for ALL positions:
Must be 16 years or older by January 2019
Must be confident and enthusiastic when performing in front of large crowds
Must be reliable, responsible, and mature.
Must have strong communication skills and an outgoing personality to interact with fans of all ages.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Must commit to attend preseason rehearsals beginning in January.
Preparing for the Audition:
What to wear: Comfortable Clothes-Be ready to dance, move around, and have fun!
Tryouts will include: Dancing, Improv, Interview Questions, and showing us your great personality!
