Introduction to Using DNA in Genealogy for ages 18+ will be held at Xenia Community Library in the Greene County Room on Sat., Jun. 8, from 1-4 p.m. Instructor Diana Nelson will provide an overview on how to use DNA testing in your genealogy research. In this class, Diana will cover all three types of DNA tests: Y-chromosome, mitochondrial DNA, and autosomal DNA. We will also discuss how to use your DNA results to make family connections. This class is geared for the beginner who has already received their DNA results. Limit of 12 attendees. Computers will be provided, or you can bring your own for this hands-on class.
