Xenia Community Library - Traditional Argentine Cooking
Traditional Argentine Cooking with Mariano Rios of La Pampa Grill for all ages will be held at Xenia Community Library on Tue., Oct. 3, from 5-7 p.m. Enjoy a presentation and tasting of traditional Argentinian cuisine cooked on a wood-fire grill. Mariano and friends will demonstrate and discuss their method of traditional, farm-to-table, simple cooking. Registration required. Call 352-4000.
