Greene County Parks & Trails and Greene County Beekeepers Association host clinic

Join the Greene County Beekeepers Association and Greene County Parks & Trails naturalist during their spring bee hive management clinic at the Russ Nature Reserve, 2380 Kemp Rd., Beavercreek, beginning at noon, Saturday, April 8.

This clinic will include demonstrations on spring housecleaning of the hive, inspections, treatment for mites, creating kindergarten hives, package bee installation, swarm prevention and methods of honey production. Bring a veil for close-up viewing.

The event is free but donations are appreciated.
