CASH MOB 101
Cash Mob - an organized "mob" that meets and spends money at a local, independent business at a specified time. Cash Mobs are the perfect way to shop local, have fun, and meet new people in our community.
At last month's Cash Mob we conducted a vote for this month's featured business and the winner was Rusty NChippy's VB, LLC. We'll do the same this month. Come out, do some shopping, and cast your vote for the next Cash Mob featured downtown business!

THE RULES
Commit to spending at least $10 at the featured mob business.
When you are done shopping, come to the after mob meet-up location.

Back in 2012, as Troy Beck was "picking" at a house on King Street, he witnessed some ducks walking through a yard and caught a glimpse of the pavilion at Shawnee Park. He was smitten right away and called his girlfriend, Erika Friend, saying "we need to check out this town." After further exploration and getting a glimpse in the storefront at 66 S Detroit (Frederick Douglass once spoke upstairs), Troy and Erika made the decision to open a storefront in Xenia and haven't looked back. Rusty NChippy's is the kind of place you'd like to do more than shop in. You want to make your self at home at a custom made dining table or in an antique chair under a crystal chandelier. Whether taking home vintage jewelry, custom soap, or an entire room's worth of furniture and accessories, we guarantee there is something here for everyone. Their unique ability to curate just the right pieces from a barn, basement or attic are a treat for buyers near and far.
