Courtney Osting serves as the Director of Operations for HALO K9 Behavior. Courtney has been involved with HALO since 2017 when she first adopted a dog. Since then, she has volunteered as a foster, helped with adoption and fundraising events, and at our facility. In 2021 she joined our team as a full time staff member. Her love for the dogs has driven her passion to help our clients and their pets build a stronger relationship and help our shelter dogs find their perfect homes.

Prior to HALO, Courtney worked in recruiting for Sumaria Systems and Northwestern Mutual. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Wright State University. Courtney, her husband Adam, daughter Rowan, and 5 dogs live in Dayton. Courtney believes in the importance of giving back to the community have served on several boards as well as volunteered with several organizations. In her spare time, Courtney likes to garden, work on home projects, and check out local restaurants.
