Jennifer has been a part of 4 Paws since she started volunteering in 2000. Her passion for the 4 Paws mission led her to begin a career with the organization, starting as a trainer in 2003. She then moved to Associate Director in In 2015 and was promoted to Executive Director in September 2022.

Jennifer lives in Xenia, OH with her husband, Bryan, her two children, and Fabulous Flunky Crosley. In addition to her professional role, she also enjoys volunteering as a weekday/weekend foster for dogs in advanced training.
