Sound impossible? It's not!
Ready or not, here come the Holidays. You can expect fun, food, emotional and family stress, and the crush of holiday activities. It is a real mix of highs and lows. For too many the lows outweigh the highs. If you are tired of the drama of the holidays I encourage you to read on.
Last year I went through a life-changing program called Positive Intelligence. It really has changed my life for the better in many ways as I have learned to increase my mental fitness.
This year I have led 7 groups of people through the Positive Intelligence program and they too have experienced the benefits of increased mental fitness: the ability to handle and respond to external stresses from full schedules, deadlines, and over-commitment. The ability to respond to emotional and relational attacks and stressors rather than react. You can take the free assessment here and get a feel for the growth you will experience.
Because I know how stressful the holidays can be and because I honestly care about you, I invite you to join a 6-week Positive Intelligence program. The attached flyer explains the program and the details. Time is running out so I want to start this weekend, on Saturday, November 19. We will wrap up in the last week of the year and start off the new year with one last meeting. This will help you get through the holidays like never before and lay a great foundation for a productive and joyful new year.
