Kat Jones-Shank is the Sales & Revenue Director for Mills Park Hotel. Kat is originally from Fairborn, and is a graduate of Fairborn High School. She is a Certified Hotel Industry Analyst (CHIA), holds an Associate degree in Business from Sinclair Community College in Dayton, and is currently completing her Bachelor’s in Business at Southern New Hampshire University. Kat currently lives in Huber Heights with her husband, 6 cats, and a very energetic German Shepherd.

In her 3 years with Mills Park Hotel, she has grown from an overnight front desk associate to her current roles as Sales & Revenue director, where she is in charge of handling corporate rates and bookings, third-party bookings, and online travel agencies; as well as overseeing the hotel gift shop, optimizing room rates, and hosting corporate groups and hotel-sponsored special events. She loves the variety her job brings every day and that as one person, she can have a profound impact on the overall operation and success of the company.
