Legacy Village Assisted Living Celebrates Great Audit Scores and Is Looking to Recognize Staff with Donations - Please Help

Legacy Village Assisted Living in Xenia, Ohio, is looking for donations from local businesses, big or small, to donate gift cards or baskets for our staff. Just recently Legacy received the best corporate audit score ever given out at 95% and we got a state survey of deficiency free. With all of these great achievements we are looking to give back to our staff.
