Nicole Sturk is a third generation Daytonian, a Beavercreek resident for the past 11 years, and Wright State University Alum, who has a heart and passion for non-profit organizations and supporting causes that work to eliminate marginalized populations in our community. Nicole embodies the definition of a ‘people person’ and is most happy when she is passionately pursuing innovative solutions that will help those around her.

Nicole has 15 years of marketing, nonprofit program & business development experience. Currently, she is proud to serve as the Resource Innovation Director at SICSA Pet Adoption and Wellness Center. Nicole also serves as a founding Board Member of the Miami Valley Nonprofit Collaborative and is an active member of the Dayton Chapter of AFP and was most recently named a WIBN Top 25 Women of Impact.

The lights of her life are her two sons Declan and Daxton, and her supportive husband Dusty who serves as the Creative Arts Pastor at Be Hope Church in Beavercreek. Those of you who know Nicole and Dusty know their love of coffee, being creative, and being hope to those around them.
