XACC Professional Outreach Seminar "Building Trust" on August 26, 2021

The Xenia Area Chamber of Commerce (XACC) will host “Building Trust: Promoting Growth for People and Teams” from 11 a.m. to noon, Thursday, Aug. 26, at the XACC offices, 334 W. Market St., Xenia.

Featured speaker will be Michael Anderson of Xenia, owner of Anderson Leadership Resources. Anderson’s presentation will feature why leadership is more than just getting results, the three zones and five safeties of building trust, as well as how both talent and character structure impact leadership effectiveness.

Anderson graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Science and also holds an Associate’s Degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering. He has worked in the non-profit arena since 1987 and continues to study leadership and public communication. He received a Master’s Degree in Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University in 2012 and is an adjunct professor at the Townsend Institute at Concordia University, Irvine, CA, and Indiana Wesleyan University.
