Greene County Council on Aging Holiday Gift Soiree

Please join us for a stroll through our Winter Wonderland, including a stop at the Cabin in the Woods and a Gathering of Snow Friends which we challenge you to count.

Location: Xenia Community Center, 1265 West Second St.

Holiday Music will fill the air, as you take in the sights as well as the tempting aromas of homemade treats to eat and purchase for gifts or yourself!

The Council’s elves have been busy for months, creating unique, handcrafted items for gift-giving and keeping, such as decorated trees, wreaths & ladders, ornaments, sports team items, rustic and vintage décor items, yarn and textile creations and fun packaged items for stockings, coworkers and those special people in our lives.

You will also find a tasty array of beautifully packaged treats, including a variety of cookies, breads, candies, granola, fudge, chocolate covered pretzels, and jams.

We hope you will stop in to visit with your Council team and others, enjoy homemade sweet and savory refreshments and a cup of warm holiday cider or coffee. And for those making a purchase, all proceeds to be used for future senior and caregiver programs.

*You will also have a chance to win a very special gift basket, as well as pick up the Council’s 2019 printed calendar. 

All creations and treats are made by Council team and volunteers, with all proceeds for future senior and caregiver programs.

Your Council’s talented and creative elves have been busy preparing for this special event which is sure to be an unforgettable experience. As soon as you walk through the doors, you will be transported to another world.
