Live2Lead:Dayton, hosted by Kettering and her Maxwell Coach colleagues Amanda Dole and Kelly Shank, will be held at The Gathering at 8911 Yankee St., Centerville on Friday, October 12, at 8:45 am. Cristy Kettering, a John Maxwell Team Executive Director and Coach, has extensive training and experience in the Maxwell Methods of leadership development and personal growth. Cristy has facilitated Country Transformation Round Tables with the Maxwell Foundation in Paraguay and Costa Rica.

Kris Horlacher, RN BSN and Executive Director of Shoes 4 The Shoeless, leads from her experience as a former trauma nurse, bringing order from chaos. Today the organization she leads provides thousands of shoes each year to needy children and has received national recognition.

Joe Knopp, producer of the film Woodlawn and the recent Box Office hit I Can Only Imagine, which has grossed over $83 million, is passionate about telling true, impactful stories that provide hope to those in need. His personal leadership journey is an inspiration to all.

Dr. Wanza Jackson, winner of the prestigious Medgar Evers Award by the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice for her leadership in corrections, is past president of the executive board of the Butler County YWCA and warden of Warren County Correctional Institute.  

Bob Fair, a global technology executive, focuses on helping leaders and companies improve their performances by connecting strategy and execution into a continuous feedback loop. Bob also serves numerous non-profits.

Elizabeth Delany, Assistant professor of Nursing at Cedarville University DNP, CNS, FNP-BC, OCN, ACHPN, focuses on cancer survivorship, oncology, palliative care, and hospice care. Developing and leading innovative programs that serve patients and their families is her passion, as well as educating organizations that seek to provide hope to those facing addiction.

Eric Nelson, Director of Global Sports for Athletes in Action, directs all AIA sports and acts as the servant-leader to nine ministry directors who coach and direct teams all over the world. Eric has played a role in AIA’s international basketball missions in 19 countries and spearheaded the launch of AIA International Coaches’ Academy. He also ministers to nearly 100,000 people who visit the AIA World Headquarters campus annually.

Curt Rowland, Air Force Senior Executive and Intelligence Professional, has serve in a variety of analytical and leadership positions across his 36-year career and was awarded the Presidential Rank Award in both 2009 and 2015. In his current role, Mr. Rowland guides the Air Force’s 3,200-person scientific and technical intelligence center to assess the capabilities of foreign adversaries’ weapons and forces.  He develops the strategy and leads implementation of the analytic production mission, ensuring timely delivery of relevant intelligence products and services to joint operational warfighters, acquisition, and force modernization communities, and senior defense and intelligence community policy-making customers.
