Pleasures of Giving at the Next WIB Luncheon

Featured Event

Brighten the holiday for local teenagers and join in our entertaining gift exchange at the Women in Business Luncheon December 1.

The event gathers gifts for teenagers being helped by Greene County Children's Services and holds a gift exchange for everyone who attends the event at 11:30 Thursday, December 1 at the Xenia YMCA. A special 'Tis the Season' Menu from Sweets Boutique rewards your devotion to giving to the younger members of our community.

Every December Women In Business has collected an impressive stack of gifts for a local cause. Please help us make the 2016 holiday party bigger, better and more fun than ever before. Members who can't attend the Luncheon can drop off gifts at the Chamber, 334 W. Market St.nov 28th dec menu

We choose to assist teenagers because the holiday needs and wishes of older children often go unfilled. Please bring unwrapped gifts such as makeup, jewelry, earbuds, hair accessories & tools, bath & body gift sets, sports equipment such as footballs or basketballs, board games, DVDs, crafting supplies, and Itune, movie, store or restaurant gift cards.

Attendees are also asked to bring a wrapped gift costing about $15 for a gift exchange during the Luncheon. The marks the fifth year of a gift exchange that is entertaining but -- shall we say, competitive? Make no mistake, these women are champion horse traders! Networking and a delicious holiday buffet from Sweets Boutique will round out the event.

Women in Business meets the first Thursday of every month at 11:30 for lunch. The buffet is $12 for those who register by noon the Wednesday before the meeting. The charge for late registration or walk-ins is $20. To register, call or email Carole at the Chamber 372-3591 or This email address is being protected from spambots.
