Historical Society Features Chili, Collectibles, and Conversation

Come out to the Greene County Historical Society at 74 West Church St on Monday March 13, 2017 at 6:30 PM for our annual “show and tell” gathering. This is always a crowd pleaser and generates lots of memories for the audience. Members and friends of the Historical Society share stories and show artifacts they have collected. “Even if you don't bring something, it's fun to hear about what other people collect,” said Catherine Wilson, Executive Director of GCHS. “Items aren't always from Greene County, either. We've seen photos, furniture, toys, glassware, and more. There have been a few discussions about 'mystery items' too, and sometimes no one knows the answer.”
