Attract & retain a strong workforce

Employers are dealing with a magnitude of issues impacting their ability to operate drug-free. But it's time-consuming and expensive to stay current on drug trends and determine how to adjust your organization’s drug-free workplace program policy accordingly (if you even have one).

Help is on the way. We're offering a Technical Assistance Clinic for employers in Clark, Greene and Madison counties. This 6-hour, virtual course (split into two, three-hour webinars) will provide you with the education and tools to evaluate your existing drug-free workplace efforts against best-practice strategies.

WHEN: March 24 & 25, 9 a.m. - noon
COST: $1,800 (100% refundable through BWC's SURWP)

The deadline to register is March 10. Check out our FAQs or contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. at 937-322-0648 for more information.

Have you enrolled yet?

Employers in Clark, Greene and Madison Counties are eligible to enroll in the BWC's Substance Use Recovery and Workplace Safety Program (SURWSP). This program reimburses you for purchases that support your drug-free workplace program, purchases you are probably already making:

  • A new or updated drug and alcohol policy
  • Employee education and supervisor training
  • Courses that help with program management, e.g., Technical Assistance Clinic.

And good news! You don't have to be enrolled in the program at the time of your purchase. The program is retroactive, once you're enrolled you can submit paperwork to get reimbursed for all qualifying purchases you've made since July 1, 2019.

To learn more about the program visit the BWC website or give us a call at (937) 322-0648. We’d be happy to help.
