Leadership Development Series - Now Online!
Instructor-led | Virtual Classroom  

The Clark State Leadership Development Program is designed to prepare those who lead with the foundational skills to be effective and impactful in their leadership role. It is designed for anyone who assumes a leadership role, and has the desire and drive to be effective in leading others. 

Each module will be two, three hour virtual classroom sessions, and can be taken as one module or a full series! 

Leadership Development Series:

  • April 14 and 16  - Foundations of Leadership (utilizing the DiSC Assessment!)
  • April 21 and 23 - The Leadership Challenge 
  • April 28 and 30  -   Emotional Intelligence
  • May 5 and 7 - Communication & Conflict Management
  • May 12 and 14  - Time Management & Delegation
  • May 19 and 21 - Creating Your Leadership Brand and Building Professional Sustainability

Professional Sales Ready Certification | Online

April 28 - June 17, 2020 |7:30 - 9:00 p.m. EST

 

This 7 week, 33 hour, non-credit online Sales Ready Certification program is highly interactive. It uses revealing assessments and true-to-life role plays to prepare students for successful sales careers that align with their strengths.

Students will participate in eleven sales modules and four branding and interviewing modules. The course provides a comprehensive sales education and introduction to sales career roles, including utilizing the highly predictive Chally Assessment sales profile and employer provided role-plays, extensive instruction in consultative techniques and communication building - plus interview, resume and personal branding tools.

Fundamentals of Supervision and Management

This 24 hour course can be taken in two modules - self-paced or in a virtual classroom, instructor-led, meeting for 6 weeks starting April 15!

In this class, you will learn how to make a successful transition from employee to manager and you will learn how to manage your time so that you can deal with the constant demands of a managerial job. You will learn skills required to delegate, motivate, problem solve and resolve conflict so that you can accomplish your job more effectively.

Funding is available to manufacturers located within Champaign, Clark, Greene, Montgomery, Miami, Shelby, Darke and Preble counties, to support your training needs.
