Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Rho Omega Chapter and One Bistro are teaming up to host a Free Volunteer Appreciation Pancake Breakfast in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. and his belief that "Everybody can be great because anybody can serve."
Anybody who volunteers in the community, has volunteered in the past or is considering volunteering is invited!
- When: Monday, January 20th, beginning at 8AM
- Where: One Bistro - 87 E. Main Street in Xenia
- What: A free pancake breakfast buffet followed by a short program at 9AM by Alpha Kappa Alpha and a few presentations from local non-profits who will share ways people in the community can get involved and volunteers
- Bring: Donations to a local non-profit are requested (i.e. used eyeglasses, used/new shoes, pillowcases, hygiene items or school supplies.)
