An Invitation to Xenia Rotary's Christmas Auction

Dear Chamber Members,
 
Please join me on Tuesday, December 10 at 11:30am at the Xenia Adult Recreation and Services Center for the annual Rotary Christmas Auction! We’ll provide you with a festive lunch, the fellowship of Xenia Rotarians and an amazing, fast-paced, live auction. If you haven’t ever attended or it’s been a few years since you have, you’ll want to make sure you attend this year. We’ll have some fabulous items to bid on and we end promptly at 1:00pm. It’s guaranteed to be the best 90-minutes you spend this year during the holiday season, knowing you are making a child’s Christmas special.
 
Our Christmas Auction raises money to provide Christmas toys & clothing to elementary school children from Xenia, Yellow Springs and Cedarville.
 
Please plan to attend and bid a minimum of $200. If you don’t win a bid, please consider donating $200 or more to our auction fund.
 
If you, your business or organization would like to donate an item, valued at $250 or more to be auctioned off, we would be most grateful to accept your donation. Please let me know if you have a larger item to donate and include a brief description and approximate value.
