On September 18th we will be taking an in-depth dive into the purpose, structure and utility of the monthly financial statement. We will explore:

• - Accounting definitions
• - Basic financial statements
• - The development of budgets
• - How to summarize information for presentation & analysis
• - How to use financial statements to manage your company

This free workshop will include hands-on exercises and is geared for existing business owners or financial managers.

To get the most out of the workshop, you must bring a copy of your company's most recent financial statements and your most recent year end Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
