Five Dysfunctions PyramidThe Concept
The Five Dysfunctions of a Team outlines the root causes of politics and dysfunction on the teams where you work, and the keys to overcoming them.

Five Dysfunctions of a TeamCharacteristics of High Performing Teams
Teams willing to address the five dysfunctions can experience the following benefits. High performing, cohesive teams:

  • Are comfortable asking for help, admitting mistakes and limitations and take risks offering feedback
  • Avoid wasting time talking about the wrong issues and revisiting the same topics over and over again because of lack of buy-in
  • Retain star employees

3F ADOur presenters will be Denise Dixon Davis and Diane Dixon of 3F Coaching. They are excited to present The Five Dysfunctions of a Team...and how to overcome them! This presentation is based off the book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni.

"We've taken several of our teams across the country through this who have found it very helpful in getting their teams functioning at their highest capacity by avoiding roadblocks that hinder their success." says Denise.

The seminar is FREE for XACC Members and $25 for non-XACC members and lasts from 11:30 am  to 1 pm. Participants can purchase a boxed lunch for $8.00 from Sweets Boutique or “brown bag” it. Registrations are required and attendees must be registered by 9/21/2018. For more information, please contact the Chamber at 372-3591 or email This email address is being protected from spambots.
