As 2012 winds down, the Xenia Area Community Theater is making a big move toward fulfilling their long term Arts Mission. For the past few years they have been relying on income from their Second Act Thrift Store to help cover their operating expenses. As they continue to grow, the thrift store revenue has been replaced by growing audiences, memberships and sponsorships. Accordingly, they are transitioning away from the thrift store in favor of what the Transition Team is calling the Xenia Arts Center.
What if you could change twice as many lives with one quick gift? For a limited time, thanks to The Greene Foundation's $100,000 Matching Grant Challenge, your gift could be matched dollar-for-dollar. That means more investment in lifesaving research, more support for cancer patients and their families, and more birthdays.
The Greene Memorial Hospital Auxiliary will again present its Tree of Lights — a way to remember a loved one or honor someone special.
For several years a Tree of Lights has been placed in the main entry of Greene Memorial Hospital. The decorated tree includes personalized ornaments in honor of loved ones and friends, living or deceased.
Partners in Education needs your help in order to help Xenia Community Schools. Xenia has 5 elementary buildings moving in December. They need boxes-- lots of boxes. Please save your boxes and contact Stephanie Johnston, PIE Co-Chairperson @ 937-532-7305 or at email@example.com and we will coordinate a pick up.
Thank you in advance for your help!
