Eddy Zakes, Xenia resident and Dayton Christian School System’s Director of Advancement, was honored last week by the Dayton Business Journal as one of the “Forty Under 40” of the Dayton region’s brightest professionals. Honorees were chosen based on their career accomplishments, service to the community, and leadership ability.

150 South Miami Avenue,
to celebrate National Bike Month.
On Sunday, June 28th, the Kiwanis Club of Xenia will present their annual Community Picnic. The hours are 5:30-7:30pm and it is to be held in Shawnee Park. All of the activities and food is free! We will serve a simple supper consisting of hot dog, drink, cookie and chips and there will be plenty of entertainment, to include, bouncy houses, clowns, super heroes and music by the Greene County Band. Come on out!
