As a founding member of XDRC, regardless of your giving level, you will enjoy the satisfaction of knowing you are playing an active role in revitalizing Xenia's central downtown district. Members also receive regular updates on the progress of XDRC, news of upcoming events and activities, and recognition in print materials and web-based promotions of XDRC. In addition, contributors at the Downtown Patron Level and above will receive additional recognition as sponsors of all major events of XDRC, including First Fridays and Hometown Christmas. |

Xenia Community Schools PowerPoint Presentation |
At its September Board meeting, the Board of Directors of the Xenia Area Chamber of Commerce gave unanimous endorsement of the City of Xenia, Xenia Community School and Greene County Combined Health District November 2, 2010 ballot issues. In accordance with its by-laws, the support was given, as each issue ensures a healthy community that fosters commerce.
Issue 3: Xenia Community Schools
A renewal of an emergency levy that provides nearly $8 million a year for the Xenia Community Schools. Issue 3 is not a new tax and it will not raise your taxes. Issue 3 is a five year, 11.4 mill (reduced from 13.4 mills when on the ballot five years ago) renewal levy that will continue to fund classroom instruction and key items like textbooks and technology. None of the money will go to construct buildings and accounts for 17% of the district's operating revenues. |

Xenia Area Community Theater Is Ready to Begin Its 6th Season. |
Please consider becoming a Member if you are not already. A membership to our theater supports quality productions for our community. Memberships enable patrons and supporters to be involved in the betterment of our theater, ensuring that X*ACT will be a valuable asset for all ages to enjoy. New this year, we are offering a season ticket program. Your participation provides much needed support to maintain the quality of our services.
All memberships will include:
* Newsletters
* Invitations to Member?s Only events at X*ACT
* A membership application to pass on to a friend. Help us grow by spreading the word.
* 20% discount on tickets for special productions such as The Magic Show or Old Time Radio Show
* Notification by mail or email for all of our shows
* Use of an on-line reservation tool accepting major credit cards
The price of a Membership is $25 for an Individual or $50 for a Household. Please note the opportunity to purchase season tickets at a discount rate with your new or renewed Membership.

XAYP December Networking & Fundraising Event  |
| XAYP's December 2009 networking event will be held at Nick's Restaurant & Bar and will benefit the Xenia Community Schools' Homeless Education Program. All XACC members are invited and encouraged to attend whether they are members of XAYP or above the age limit, such as Alan, your Chamber President/CEO. |
