A comprehensive, updated list of BWC-certified sponsors for group-experience rating and group-retrospective rating for the July 1, 2010. Make sure the sponsoring organization lists its name on any advertising or promotional material. Please be cautious of any marketing material that does not contain the name of the soliciting sponsor. Also, remember that while many third-party administrators (TPAs) provide risk management and safety services to groups, they are ineligible to form a group that does not include an approved sponsor.
The OBWC posted the attached bulletin on www.ohiobwc.com. The document is designed to help employers who are considering joining a group-experience rating program make an informed choice about whose program to consider. It also clarifies the maximum discount available to them should they elect to join a group.
Remember to mark your calendar on November 3rd to vote YES for Issue 5, the Greene County Mental Health Levy. It is a renewal so it does not increase your property taxes. Remember that this levy helps provide treatment and prevention services to approximately 10,000 people in Greene County each year.
