Participants will have the opportunity to complete a stress assessment to evaluate their personal level of stress and discover their potential for health concerns. At this point, Dr. McCormick will provide you with holistic strategies such as aromatherapy, reflexology, etc., that you can begin to use immediately to reduce your stress and improve your health.
