3 pm...........Staging for the AVTT escort parade opens at WSU Nutter Center
6pm............AVTT Escort Parade from Nutter Center through Beavercreek through Xenia to the Greene County Fairgrounds. Ride lead by The Ohio Patriot Guard and GCSO

Thursday October 11:
8 am...........Colors are posted by American Legion Post 763 of Beavercreek
8 am...........Volunteers set up The Wall and other AVTT memorial tributes
1 pm...........Brief Opening Ceremony - AVTT is open to the public FREE
6 pm...........Colors retired by American Legion Post 763
6:15 pm......Free concert by Xenia Hospitality Chorus and Kirkmont Presbyterian Church Choir

Friday October 12:
8 am...........Colors are posted by Amvets Post 14 of Xenia
8:30 am......MEMORIAL SERVICE – NEVER FORGET SEPT 11TH AND FIRST RESPONDERS
9 am............VA Mobile Veterans Registration Unit on site all day
6 pm............Colors are retired by Amvets Post 14
7 pm............Free concert by "Corky's" Old Time Rock-n-Roll band

Saturday October 13:
8 am............Colors are posted by VFW Post 2402
10:30 am....MEMORIAL SERVICE – HONOR AND REMEMBER THE COST OF FREEDOM
6 pm............Colors are retired by VFW Post 2402
6:30 pm.......Patriotic music by the Wright State Men's Chorale
