Xenia Scouts Fall Instructional League Begins

The 2012 Xenia Scouts Fall Instructional League will be held at the Athletes in Action Sports Complex on Monday and Thursday evenings from September 6th to October 15th.  Each session (Twelve in total) will include small-group instruction and a controlled intra-squad game.  Players will be separated into their age groups for instruction and further divided to compete in their respective games.

 

All players will report to the AIA Sports Complex at 1197 South Detroit St. in Xenia at 5:30 pm to warm up and then will begin either their group instruction session or game at 6:00 pm.  Age groups will alternate between playing a game first and receiving instruction to begin every other session.  Each session will conclude at 9:00 pm.

Sessions will be conducted by the Athletes in Action Baseball staff and the Xenia Scouts Youth baseball coaches.  Each player will receive a Xenia Scouts t-shirt and hat. The Fall Instructional League will be $150 per player, or $225 for families of two or more players. Registration and payment will be conducted through Athletes in Action Baseball.
