X*ACT Membership Drive and Annual Meeting

Greetings from the X*ACT Board:

Many new things are planned for our 2012-13 Season and we would like the opportunity to tell you about them face to face!

Each year we hold an Annual Meeting of all of our members in order to meet as many of you as possible and to introduce the current members of our Board of Directors to you.   This year we are planning a small reception to be held at our Kettering Health Network Theater located at 45 E. Second St. in hospitable downtown Xenia.  

We will be opening our doors at 6 PM on Thursday Sept. 6, 2012 for an informal reception with refreshments on the night of the Dress Rehearsal for our first production, "A Short Stay at the Whispering Pines."  This will be an excellent chance for you to meet some of the community of volunteers who are making X*ACT live and grow as we enter our 8th season.  

Please plan to attend.  Following the reception, you are cordially invited to stay for the Dress Rehearsal for our season opener, "A Short Stay at the Whispering Pines."

If you have not yet renewed your X*ACT Membership for this season, why not take a moment to do so now? A Family or Business Membership including six admissions to any of our performances is only $100 and helps us to keep bringing live theater to our community.  This year you can use a Season Subscription any way you choose.  Come with a guest to 3 shows, bring 5 friends to one show, whatever you like!

Additional Season Tickets are only $75 for 6 more admissions!  Simply call the Theater at 372-0516, print the coupon below and send it in or go to our website at www.XeniaAct.org and order your Membership or Season Subscriptions online.  We now accept Visa and Mastercard at all of our performances and at our Second Act Thrift Store.
