 WYSO's Community Concert
Join WYSO staff, volunteers and listeners on August 19th for an evening of live music at Riverscape MetroPark.
Holy Ghost Tent Revival will headline the show that also includes locals Todd the Fox and Daniel Dye and the Miller Road Band.
WYSO's Community Concert is free and open to the public thanks to support from:

The 2nd Annual WYSO Hair Cut-A-Thon
Wavelength Aveda Salon & Spa present the 2nd Annual WYSO Hair Cut-A-Thon.
It's Friday, August 17th from 5:30 to 8:30pm at 100 Corry Street in Yellow Springs.
Get your summer haircut for $20. It's the perfect chance to make sure you're looking your best for the WYSO Community Concert later that weekend.
ALL PROCEEDS BENEFIT WYSO. Special thanks to the Wavelength stylists for volunteering their time.

 Community Voices
Community Voices turns listeners into producers. Hear stories produced in WYSO's 2012 Community Voices training course each Tuesday during Excursions and every Sunday on WYSO Weekend during the month of August. Click here to catch up on stories you might have missed.
Meet the Community Voices Producers and the people in their stories at a special Screenless Screening at the FilmDayton Fesitval on Sunday, August 26th from Noon to 1:30 at the Black Box Improv Theatre. It's just like going to the movies....without the pictures.
We're planning more trainings - both long and short - so stay tuned!

Volunteer at WYSO's Community Concert!

We need 10 volunteers to help out with our annual community concert Sunday August 19th from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at Riverscape. We are looking for bartenders and folks who can mingle with the crowd and hand out WYSO stickers and fans. Email sbuckingham@wyso.org if you're interested in volunteering.
