"Kitchen Incubators" and the Food Entrepreneur - the ACEnet & CIFT models

Would you like to take a product from farm to market?
Do you dream of having access to a commercial kitchen to develop a favorite recipe?
Does your small restaurant have a great dressing or sauce you would like to commercially bottle and market without major outlays and research?

If yes or if you are simply interested in exploring the food incubator model for your community, you're invited to a presentation by Larry Fisher, Director of Food Ventures for ACEnet in Athens, Ohio (Appalachian Center for Economic Networks) and David Beck, President and CEO of the Center for Innovative Food Technology (CIFT) in Toledo, Ohio.  Bring your ideas and questions!  The seminar is free and open to the public.
