Silent Auction returning by popular demand.
The Silent Auction will be returning to the First Friday events starting with August and continue in September and October.
With so many First Friday patrons coming into The Flower Stop asking what happened to the Silent Auction, we have decided to start the auction again and continue to host it at The Flower Stop, 57 W. Main St., Downtown Xenia.
This was a successful fundraiser during the First Friday events in 2009, with the funds going to the Xenia Area Merchants Association. Funds from this years' auctions will be used for Xenia's Hometown Christmas event in December.
With this in mind, we are asking for donations for the silent auction from area businesses or individuals. Some good examples are restaurant gift certificates, tickets for area events or attractions, services that your business may offer, products that you sell in your store, gift baskets or item, etc. Your donations can be dropped off at The Flower Stop.
