Xenia Area Chamber of Commerce hosts "TOXINS in the Workplace"

Need some toxic relief? Are toxic fumes suffocating you, zapping your energy, squelching your creativity and interfering with success in your workplace?

If you are letting toxic people make you miserable, then they are doing it with your permission! Throw away the duct tape and other weapons you may have in your toolbox and learn how to identify and decontaminate toxic behaviors in powerful, relevant and practical ways.The event is free to all individual and business chamber members and is sponsored by the chamber’s XACC Professional Outreach Committee, a group of marketing and public relations professionals.

     2.    TLC – a tool to use when you encounter toxic people
     3.    Resolving conflict at the office
     4.    Create your own decontamination plan for toxic people

Who should attend this workshop? Anyone who wants to change the way they respond to toxic people and stop them from affecting your mood or your work!

Featured speakers will be Diane Dixon and Denise Dixon Davis of 3F Coaching (Faith Focus Follow Through Coaching). 3F Coaching is a national coaching business providing dynamic business planning; juicy life planning and nutritious accountability to profitable entrepreneurs, small business owners, teams, sales professionals and individuals who want to live a 'larger' life. Both reside in Xenia.

Non-chamber members may attend for the nominal cost of $25.

Holiday Inn of Xenia is donating the use of their facility with Elmcroft of Xenia donating coffee for the seminar.

Attendees may bring their own brown bag lunch or reserve a lunch for the Holiday Inn lunch buffet that begins at 11 a.m. and features spaghetti & meatballs, garlic bread, salad, drinks, and a dessert.  Cost is $7 and must be reserved at the time of registration.

The seminar is the fourth in the XACC "Jump Start Luncheon" series.

The seminar is free but reservations and pre-payment if necessary are required. Lunch orders must be placed at that time. No walk-in registrations will be accepted. In response to comments on our surveys regarding overcrowding we are limiting the number of attendees. So get your registrations in early to insure your spot!
