Old Fort Bank Ribbon Cutting

The locally owned and operated community bank, is pleased to announce its expansion into the Greene County market.


The new Mortgage Loan Production Office located at 280 N. Detroit St. in Xenia marks Old Fort Bank’s second loan office in the area. The bank opened a Commercial Loan Production Office located at 280 Regency Drive in Centerville last year under the direction of Dave Walton – District Vice President.

Old Fort Bank specializes in a variety of banking areas including business banking as well as commercial, consumer and residential lending. In addition to its traditional banking services, Old Fort Bank offers a full array of electronic banking.

Cyndi Fevang and Kay Moffitt have recently joined Old Fort Bank and have been named Mortgage Loan Officers for the communities of Greene and Montgomery counties. In her new position, Fevang will originate conventional, FHA, VA, and construction loans. With over 26 years in the financial industry, Cyndi is pleased to be a part of a community bank. Cyndi holds a BS in Business from Wright State University and resides in Xenia with her husband, Dave and daughters Karyl and Elizabeth. "I am excited to join the Dayton team of Old Fort Banking Company and look forward to bringing another choice for community banking back to our market," Cyndi added.

Kay Moffitt began her financial career 29 years ago as a teller, serving in a variety of areas of banking. As a residential lender she has served in the Greene County area since 1992. A resident of Jamestown, Kay and her husband, Doug have two sons, Billy and Ross. Kay looks forward to working for a community bank. "I am thrilled to be a part of the growth in the Dayton area. DaveWalton has pulled together a great team and I am honored to be a part of it," Kay commented.

Dave Walton is also pleased with the new mortgage office and staff.
