Hello, my name is Thom Armstrong, President of Xenia Little League. We are a new baseball
and softball recreation program in Xenia for the community's youth players. We are seeking
your sponsorship for assistance with our program. We are currently seeking to redevelop an
old existing ballpark in Xenia to use for our league. We need the community support and strive
to uplift our great community by rallying everyone including the businesses. Our success
depends on our community support and involvement. As a new league, we have expenditures
of safety equipment for our players and field development. We are not asking your business or
fraternity to finance all of this, but just a small contribution would help us a lot. We are a 501
(c) (3) under Little League International. I have attached a copy of our Federal tax Identification
number for your use in sponsoring our new league.

We have an operational website at www.xenialittleleague.org, where we will add you to our
sponsor page for everyone to see. As well programs will be available prior to the season,
newsletters throughout the season with updates of our league with sponsor spotlights
included. Sponsor signs will also be available for the fences to display your business proudly!
We will also have Sponsor Appreciation Days, as well as other special activities at the park. We
hope that you will join us in making Xenia Little League a success for the players, the families,
the sponsors and most importantly the community.
