"Customer Service Made Excellent" a Success

With over 93 XACC Chamber members present and the dynamic duo of Denise Davis and Diane Dixon from 3F Coaching as the presenters, this event was something that the GPR Committee can be proud of.

The GPR Committee (Greene Public Relations Committee) has now officially made the transition from a committee that disseminates information among themselves, to a Chamber committee that can and does bring quality seminars, workshops, and speakers to the Chamber's members. The Co-Chairs of this event were Linda Johnson (Greene Memorial Hospital), Gretchen Rives (Xenia Community Schools), Marilyn Hatcher (Payne Theological Seminary), and XACC President Alan Liming. The Chamber would also like to thank Athletes In Action for allowing us the use of their staff dining room when we outgrew our original location The Browne Family Retreat Center on the Legacy Campus. A special thank to Greene Memorial Hospital/Kettering Health Network for sponsoring and providing the drinks and dessert for this "brown bag lunch" event. Our Hospitality Team of Gregg McGuire (McGuire Coaching), Joe Kennedy (Kennedy Korners), Blair Montgomery (Montgomery Insurance & Investments), Kraig Hagler (Reichley Insurance), Tim Sontag (Xenia Shoe & Leather), and Michelle Sivert (National City Bank) welcomed the attendees as they arrived. Of course the event would not have been a success either without the help of Chrissy Roundtree, the Chamber's Administrative Assistant. Thank you Denise and Diane (3F Coaching) for putting on a seminar that each attendee could take something back with them to make their work and life better.

We are also asking all the attendees and non-attendees to take a quick survey on this Chamber event. Even if you did not attend this event, there are questions that you could answer that will help us plan future events. By taking the survey you will be able to help make future events such as these even more exciting and useful for all the members of the Xenia Area Chamber of Commerce.
