Xenia Library Announces November Programs

Exciting and fun programs for people of all ages are being planned at the Xenia Community Library, 76 East Market Street.

November Story Times

Baby Story Time for ages 6-24 months will be held at the Xenia Community Library on Monday, November 2, 9, 16, at 10 a.m. Registration is required. Call 352-4000 x4.

Preschool Story Time for ages 4-5 will be held at the Xenia Community Library on Wednesday, November 4, 11, 18, at 10 a.m. Registration is required. Call 352-4000 x4.

Toddler Story Time for ages 2-3 will be held at the Xenia Community Library on Thursday, November 5, 12, 19, at 10 a.m. Registration is required. Call 352-4000 x4.


November Children’s Programs

Tween Book Club, for ages 9-12, will be held at the Xenia Community Library on Thursday, November 19, at 4 p.m. Join the discussion of books others like to read! Registration is required. Call 352-4000 x4.

Beaded Bracelets, for ages 8-12, will be held at the Xenia Community Library on
Thursday, November 5, at 4 p.m. The library will have all the supplies to make beautiful beaded bracelets. Registration is required. Call 352-4005.

Harvest Carnival, for ages 5-12, will be held at the Xenia Community Library on
Thursday, November 12, at 4 p.m. Celebrate fall with lots of fun and games. Registration is required. Call 352-4000 x4.

Get your Game On! for ages 7-12 will be held at the Xenia Community Library on
Monday, November 23, at 4 p.m. Fun and games with the PS2, Wii, and Gamecubes. Registration is required. Call 352-4000 x4.


November Teen Programs
(ages 12-18)

Anime Club, for ages 12-18, will meet at the Xenia Community Library on Tuesday, November 3, at 4 p.m. Watch anime and discuss favorites with other fans. Registration is required. Call 352-4000 x4.

The Teen Book Club, for ages 12-18, will meet at the Xenia Community Library on Tuesday, November 17, at 4 p.m. Get together with friends and discuss books. Registration is required. Call 352-4000 x4.

Wii Got Game, for ages 12-18, will be held at the Xenia Community Library on Tuesday, November 24, at 4 p.m. Fun and games with the PS2, Gamecubes, and Wii. Registration is required. Call 352-4000 x4.

A New Moon party, for ages 12-18, will be held at the Xenia Community Library on Tuesday, November 10, at 4 p.m. Get ready for the release of the New Moon movie by watching Twilight on the library’s big screen.  Movie is rated PG-13; permission slips required. GCPL Foundation Jewelry Sale will be held at the Xenia Community Library on Saturday, November 14, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Love costume jewelry? Find some great deals at this sale—most items are just $1.

See the premiere of a great new movie just released on DVD at the Xenia Community Library on Wednesday, November 18, at 6:30 p.m. The movie is rated PG-13, so anyone under 13 years of age must turn in a permission slip or be accompanied by his or her parent. Call for title.
