**UPDATED** Xenia Chamber of Commerce Hosts Customer Service Training Seminar for Members
Improving the bottom line through improved customer service will be the focus of "Customer Service Made Excellent", a free seminar offered by the Xenia Area Chamber of Commerce from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 28, at the Staff Dining Room in the Athletes In Action Headquarters Building on the Legacy Campus, Xenia.

The event is free to all individual and business chamber members and will be sponsored by the chamber’s GPR Committee, a group of marketing and public relations professionals who will be offering a series of seminars in the coming year.
All participants should bring a brown bag lunch with desserts and drinks donated by Greene Memorial Hospital.
“We’re very excited about offering our first in a series of seminars that allow chamber members to improve their bottom lines,” says XACC President Alan Liming. “In today’s challenging economy, businesses of all sizes can improve their reputations and revenues through improved customer service techniques. It’s a vital skill for non-profit organizations, businesses and individuals.”
Featured speakers will be Diane Dixon and Denise Dixon Davis of 3F Coaching (Faith Focus Follow Through Coaching). 3F Coaching is a national coaching business providing dynamic business planning; juicy life planning and nutritious accountability to profitable entrepreneurs, small business owners, teams, sales professionals and individuals who want to live a ‘larger’ life.

Dixon is a graduate of Coach University and a recipient of the Woman of the Year for the National Organization of Women in Insurance and Financial Services. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, Xenia Area Chamber of Commerce, Xenia Rotary, Team Leader for Navajo Nation Adventures and a foster parent.
Davis has spent 20 years in various leadership roles in her community school district and non-profit organizations offering her skills in strategic planning, communication and leading teams. She is a Level II Certified Leading From Your Strengths Practitioner, past recipient of the Christian Service Award in Indianapolis and the Extra Mile Award from the Metropolitan School District, Indianapolis. She is a member of the Xenia Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, The Cleft Board of Directors and Team Leader for Navajo Nation Adventures.
Both reside in Xenia.
Information will focus on implementing six attraction principles to enhance customer service towards an excellent level.
