Ride to Ripley a Huge Success!
With 196 participants riding on 122 motorcycles, the 8th Annual Ride to Ripley was fun for all involved!
There were four stops: Chief's Lake in Clarksville (see photo at right), Eagles in Hillsboro, RD's Wayside Cafe in Russellville, with Door Prizes awarded at the final stop at Snappers in Ripley.
The participants rode the 86.6 mile route to Ripley with the oldest bike being a 1972 model, the oldest rider being 73, and 53 newbies (1st year)!
The weather was fantastic, free food was supplied by Buckminns Harley Davidson during the registration, there was a $320 jackpot to the winner of the Poker Run (see photo below), there was a $270 jackpot for the 50/50 winner (photo below), and $712 was donated to the Ride to Ripley Charitable Foundation (photo below).
