Spring Hill Elementary School Principal Debra Herman named XCS Director of Personnel
Spring Hill Elementary School Principal Debra Herman has been named Xenia Community Schools Director of Personnel following the retirement of Edward Stidham from that position.
She will assume the new position beginning in the 2009-2010 school year.
Herman received her undergraduate degree in physical education from Wilmington College and her graduate degree in education and principal certifications from Wright State University. She worked in the private sector and as a realtor before entering the educational field.
She has served as a volleyball and track coach at both the collegiate and high school level.
Herman and her family reside in Xenia.
Theodore M. Holop Named New Xenia High School Principal Following Retirement of Reinhold Finkes
With the retirement of current Xenia High School Principal Reinhold Finkes, Theordore M. Holop has been named principal beginning in the 2009-2010 school year.
Currently the Sugarcreek Academy South Director and Bellbrook High School Assistant Principal, Holop has also served as Brooklyn High School Principal, Brooklyn High School Assistant Principal and Athletic Director, as well as math teacher at North Royalton High School.
He received his undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University and his graduate degree from Cleveland State University. He as also his administration license and superintendent license from Cleveland State University.
